Angel God Resource Center, Incorporated. (AOGRC) was organized as a non-for-profit 501 c(3) organization in 2007 and incorporated in March 2009 to support the mission and passion of the Board of Directors and the executive director to empower communities through education and training. Angel of God Resource Center provides job training and placement services, grant writing assistant, cultural enrichment classes, promoting Healthy Marriages & Families, training in finance, Life & Health and Property, and Casualty Insurance classes and the Training Observation Practice Program (TOPP)  in Automotive Services.

Funding through the Illinois violence prevention authority allowed 50 low- income, at-risk young adults to change their violent behavior and complete the training and certification in automotive repair. The  agency also served as Fiscal Agent for Better Life For Youth. The agency assisted with their mentoring program providing service for over 50 youth ages 6-18. The agency participated successfully in collaborative violence prevention projects for youth, "Women Against Violence" and job placement. For the last three years, the agency provided job readiness skills and job placement services for 36 clients referred by Department of Human Services/Department of Rehabilitation Services through the Training Observation Practice Program (TOPP). AOGRC serves the low-income, dislocated, unemployed individuals person with disabilities and those seeking higher education and a career.

Angel of God partners with the Department of Human Services / division of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Family and Support Services Department of Justice, City of Chicago, New Day Ministries International Logos Baptism Assembly, Cease Fire, Mt Vernon Foundation, New York Life Insurance Company, Bethesda Manor West Association and many other organizations.

​Funding through the Department of Human Services has allowed us to provide After School services to the West Side communities with the Teen REACH program. We have two sites servicing the East and West Garfield Park and Austin community. The program services 80 youth in total, ages 6 to 17. Site 1 (JLM Abundant Life Community Center) is located on 2622 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago and Site 2 (Rising Sun Missionary Baptist Church) is located on 820 N. Central Ave. in Chicago.
